Lalini Veerassamy is Chief of Mission, International Organisation for Migration (IOM) Ireland,with specialisation in Labour Law and Immigration Law. She is an experienced International Labour Consultant and has worked with international organisations such as the ILO, UNESCO and OHCHR. She has also worked with the IOM since 2008 and served in various capacities across many countries.

Panelist – Prof. Adesoji Adesugba | Nigeria
Professor (Dr.) Adesoji Adesugba is an accomplished expert in organizational development and institutional reforms. He has combined the best in private sector entrepreneurial acumen with an expert ability to navigate public sector practice. He is the former Technical Adviser to the Minister for Labour and Productivity in Nigeria. He is also the former Chairmans of the Industrial Arbitration Panel, a Federal Government of Nigeria agency set up for the resolution of industrial disputes. Currently, he serves as the Provost at the Business Entrepreneurship Skills and Technology (BEST) Centre, a skills development and entrepreneurship centre geared towards reskilling young people. He also works with the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) Germany on migration issues.
