The ability to engage, inspire, motivate and lead others towards maximising their potentials, achieving their personal goals, becoming the best versions of themselves, leading organisations to global competitiveness and building a desired future for the collective is very much in demand and sets leaders apart from the rest. Thus, leadership continues to be a highly topical and fascinating concept and subject among practitioners and researchers. Participants will also be given the strategies and tools to master authentic, conscious and effective (ACE) leadership. During the programme, participants will be encouraged to build on existing leadership skills, qualities, and competencies, while cultivating new ones, not only for where they are but also for the positions they aspire to.
By the end of this course, participants will
1. Produce a Leadership Development and Action Plan (LDAP) to support their leadership journey
2. Be able to identify their uniqueness, personal strengths, motivations, limiting behaviours and leadership style
3. Reposition themselves for incremental leadership success using tried and tested tools
4. Increase in their awareness of themselves as a leader and become more effective in enabling others to access their potential, thereby enhancing organisational competitiveness.
5. Gain skills to increase their leadership effectiveness in their organisation, including their ability to lead others and to enhance their decision-making skills.
