Facilitation has become a distinct discipline requiring specific skills, knowledge and competencies. The practice of facilitation is critical for supporting the growth and development of teams and groups, enabling decision-making and problem-solving processes, the achievement of their objectives, resolution of conflicts, and unleashing their creativity. Facilitation can support teams and groups to create the kinds of environments in which they can enhance their focus and thrive.
This training programme uses interactive and participatory styles to facilitate reflection and participants’ engagement and learning.
By the end of this course, participants will:
1. Have a deeper understanding of themselves, their unique styles and the concept of group dynamics
2. Have gained experience and conference in facilitation of group sessions
3. Be able to guide teams/groups in navigating issues of conflict through negotiations.
4. Have gained experience and confidence in giving meaningful and constructive feedback
